We are hard at work prepping for our big summer show.  The floor map has completely changed from previous years and we are moving up in the world getting a nice 10×20 island booth up close right at the entrance!!

Our booth numbers are 918 & 920 right by the lounge and Bruce Campbell!

Final prep is done and tomorrow is load up night.  Im getting excited to try out this brand new show for us.  Hopefully it’s going to be great.

Just a quick update from the Con.  We had a great time this year though 3 booths was way too much work.  Next year we are going back to our old setup and taking some more time to enjoy actually walking around the show.  I will get some pictures up from this years show shortly.

On a more personal note I was able to get exactly what I was looking for at this years show.  On Saturday I was lucky enough to get picked for a Tony Moore sketch and it came out even better than I could have asked.  Thanks for the great work Tony.  And thanks to both Tony and Kara for being so great all weekend.  I hope to see you guys at Windy City Con.

Tony Moore sketch Chicago Comic Con 2009

Just got the confirmation this week.  We will be attending this years FallCon 2009.  It will be our first time in Minnesota to do a show so we are really looking forward to it.  Randy will be off duck hunting in South Dakota but our good friend Todd has agreed to substitute and we are full steam ahead for this years show!

Just got back from this year’s Iola Old Car Show and it was our best one yet.  Thanks mainly to the amazingly great weather we had on Saturday.  Huge crowds of people and everyone was in a good mood due to the fact that for once on an Iola Saturday it wasn’t 90 degrees and humid.  It was great to see all the regulars again this year and we are already looking forward to next year’s show.

Big thanks go out to Bob Zurko again for running such a great event in the Toy Barn.

I will post up some pictures of this year’s setup in the next few days once I get the camera unpacked.

Now its on to working out the specifics of Chicago Comic Con / Wizard World coming up in just 4 short weeks!!
